7/1 Adjustable-Rate Mortgage (ARM) interest rate and terms accurate as of August 26, 2026. The initial interest rate of 5.875% (6.291% Annual Percentage Rate (APR)) is based on a 25% down payment and a loan amount between $832,751 and $2,000,000. The interest rate is fixed for the first seven years (84 months) and may adjust annually thereafter. This is a 30-year amortizing loan with 360 monthly payments.
